@truthaddict yikes. The fact is existing law is not being enforced. Nearly all current issues could be resolved by enforcing existing law and punitive action against violators. The problem with the constitution is a lack of clear enforcement thereof. It should have stated "any violations will result in hanging". The problem with government is it does not fear the people. None of this is new.

@sirJoho But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain - that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist.Lysander Spooner

@Iamthebammbamm when was the last time you bought a gun in a gun shoip, without a background check (that's very infringe-y). When was the last time a cop got a warrant before searching your car for a mere traffic violation? When was the last time the feds respected the 10th? What about the Federal Reserve, the IRS, DHS, FBI, CIA, and every other un-constitutional federal agency? Yea, its working real good.

@sirJoho @Iamthebammbamm Did either of ya'll even read it, or are ya'll just doing the lazy thing and responding without even knowing what arguments are made? Cuz it sounds like neither of ya read one word other than the title.

@truthaddict or... perhaps... enforce it. every constitutional violation should be enforced in a court of law. the problem, as always, is corruption. maybe we should add an amendment that states violations of the constitutions by those sworn to uphold it will result in swift public execution. very jeffersonian 👌

@truthaddict while the 2nd premise is wrong, we still act like it does because the founders are conveniently remote from us. We would not trust ourselves to do the work of advancing the reform. Who would we respect enough to take that on?

@truthaddict @Iamthebammbamm yeah, all the way thru, that's why it took a while to respond. this is a common black pill. the constitution is not a holy document and a lot of assumptions are made in the article about what others believe. not that i disagree with everything. but throwing the baby out with the bathwater is not justified just because the plumber is a criminal. just add an amendment that executes oath violators. done deal.

@sirJoho I get your point and agree, but it would simply be another thing they ignore. There is nothing to bind these creatures to their oaths except us. And for far too long, nobody gave a shit, until it was too late. People were warned about the Patriot Act, but those of us who warned of it were called terrorists and Muslim lovers and all sorts of other shit. Many of us were warning about the scamdemic from day 1, but we were ignored and worse again. A Republic, if you can keep it. We couldnt

@jeegsy Well that's the problem attitude right there. You are saying we can't trust ourselves, but we can trust a special someone? I trust myself and like minded individuals (such as the author) fully to create something better, if we had the opportunity.

@sirJoho @Iamthebammbamm another amendment that will be ignored. The only enforcement is from us, but nobody gives a fuck as long as their team is the one trampling our rights

@truthaddict it's not a question of attitude. I'm just saying what is. Where people put there trust is both a rational and emotional decision. I can't explain why trusting dead founders is a lot easier than trusting alive strangers

@jeegsy because those dead founders have proved their worth, but I'm really not sure what you mean by trusting them. I honestly am not following your line of thought

@sirJoho @Iamthebammbamm nothing black pill about it. I have conversations with the author very regularly, and he is anything but. Quite the opposite in fact. Nothing black pill about wanting to be left alone entirely and be left to live life as one sees fit without the ever present state stealing from us. Nothing black pill to want to be free from this slave system.
