       Just got out of a meeting at work that I was running and had a co-worker try to tell me I should have gotten more input for other people in the room on certain subjects/items from the meeting. That’s what a “good leader would do”.Maybe if she had shit her fat mouth and allowed others to talk that wouldn’t have been a problem. And oh yeah… I don’t tell you how to run your stupid meetings so go fuck yourself.Or am I being too harsh?

       @shovious this co-worker is very high strung and needs lots of validation. She likes to give her input on things even when she’s wrong. My dept. director does not like this woman, and she is frustrated by that fact so now she tries to project all of the “advice” he gives her onto everyone else. The more i have to do project work with the people in my dept. the more I HATE THEM!

       @obihahn a good leader does not solicit the thoughts of those lead, they solicit good ideas for the problem at hand, which is completely different and may or may not have anything to do with the people being lead by the leader.
