@breadandcircuses @emmreef @violetmadder Remind me again, which party appointed the supreme court justices that decided Citizens United and McCutcheon v. Federal Election Commission? These cases opened the flood gates to money in politics, and it was very much a one party job.Splitting the progressive coalition in 2024 would be a gift to Fascism & the GOP. Democracy is in a precarious state, let's not extinguish it because the Democrats are not perfect.#BothSidesDont

@alpinejoe @violetmadder @emmreef @breadandcircuses My favorite part of voting for Democrats is when Republicans win anyway and my second favorite part of voting for Democrats is when Democrats win and implement Republican policies and my third favorite part of voting for Democrats is when Democrats win but are powerless to stop Republicans from implementing their policies.
