       @EU_Commission It would have been if not Angela Merkel and her CDU/CSU cronies destroyed the - at the time world leading - 🇩🇪 wind energy industry in favor of fossils from 🇷🇺 as well as dirty coal from North-Rhine Westphalia and some New Bundesländer.Just one more data point proving the sheer stupidity, incompetence, arrogance, ignorance and megalomania of the CDU and CSU.

       @EU_Commission"building its model for decarbonisation", isn't it a bit late for that? We should be well into the implementation phase. Don't "support" the industry, enforce decarbonisation! Stopping fossil fuel subsidies would be a good start. As would an immediate ban on the production of fossil fuel burning cars and trucks.
