       How I’m feeling…I’m sitting still but my insides feel like I’m cleaning house at 100mph.  My mind isn’t quiet, it’s more creative, and it’s flipping channels frequently.  It’s not worry or anxiety, but I have the symptoms of a panic attack.  And…I’m exhausted.What the hell is wrong with me?

       @real_jamescain   i think there is a thing that you believe to be true that is not true ........and the world does not function the way you expect   least that seems to be the core of most of my anxiety the rest is just plain chemical    its like ants in your blood scratching your brain
