He never was a kickboxer. He did taekwondo which is at least in my opinion debatable if it even is a "real" martial art. It is more of like a competition of the tier of dancing but you do a strike on each other. I have had the misfortune of hearing joe talking since 2006ish from being a opie and anthony fan and he just was always surrounded by yes men douches who made him think he is smart and also a bad ass. 00's rogan was even worse though he was like if mountain dew and weed had a debate team.
