       Bullying me over my pro-peace position with the #Ukraine war isn't going to change it.I cut my political teeth on opposition to the Afghanistan and Iraq invasions.All had overwhelming support from the media and political classes of the day. Just like continuing the Ukraine war does today.I'm used to being in a minority position on it, but in 20 years time, General Milley's comments saying the best time for us to negotiate was winter 2022 - will I fear ring very very true.

       @paul I see you (and others) get called a Russian bot the moment you diverge the slightest bit from the "NATO good, Russia bad" line of thought, it's like clockwork.Even if they're right about everything and you're wrong, how fragile does one have to be to call someone a paid shill when seeing a differing opinion?

       @malakai yeah and the sad thing is, this sort of strategy is employed in Russia...The West used to be the bastion of open debate and a diversity of opinions!Sadly now there is no broad set of opinions tolerated on this - and as such I fear we are walking into a massive mistake and everybody that knows has either been side-lined, ignored or hounded until they're quiet.
