Tried to access a website using #brave and this is what I got.Website owners should be willing to provide information even if people are trying to avoid data collection.I’ll just seek for this information somewhere else and never come back.

@caiocgo This is what you see if you use Mozilla Firefox with the ad blocking power of uBlock Origin and Privacy Badger. The difference?Brave Browser is build on Chromium, which reports to any website that you're blocking ads. Brave Browser cannot overcome this because it is part of the core of Chromium. If you want a better browser, you need to use Firefox. If you want an ad free experience, it needs to be Firefox.#Firefox #Brave #BraveBrowser #Chrome #Chromium

@Linux_Is_Best The thing is I use PWAs extensively for work and Firefox has no support for PWAs… 😔

@caiocgo It must have been a while since you used Firefox, but PWAs (progressive web apps) work just fine in my copy of Mozilla Firefox.Admittedly, though, I do use the Nightly build, so it could be something that they're still working on.

@Linux_Is_Best Nice to know! I use outlook and Teams a lot for work. Will try later today. If I can “install” and use them as PWAs in Firefox that would be great!

@caiocgo @Linux_Is_Best I also use Microsoft's apps begrudgingly (University) in #Firefox on Linux, works fine. I actually have Outlook installed as a "web app" using #GNOME's Web (Epiphany, chrome based) and it works fine, including notifications, drag and drop etc.
