       I'm taking a course for new managers, and the presenter is suggesting a way to combat imposter syndrome. Basically, to assign a label to that inner voice, based on something you dislike. The idea is that by giving it a label, YOU control the voice instead of IT controlling you. I instantly knew what to call mine. Nickelback. I'm gonna call it Nickelback.
