@Jim Try to stay directly under it, and pop missiles at it until your blade cools down, then boost up and slash it. If it flies out of bounds, take cover and wait for it to come back.The rest of the filter bosses can usually be annihilated with dual shotguns, or other unexpectedly useful equipment combos.

@Jim That chopper was quite close to destroying me, though; I won't lie. Thankfully I had one more Repair Kit, and I remembered that I had my shoulder-weapons, so I unloaded everything on the fucker and I eventually cut him down.But yeah. AC6 is far different from how I remember playing AC....though, my last AC game was AC2:AA, back in 2001. It seems like Armored Core has evolved into boosting around the place in your mech....almost like skating, but not really.

@Jim am I missing something? why is everyone saying the helicopter is hard? or any of this game for that matter? my strat so far has been just like dark souls; run in and press my mech face on their body and they can't target me but i can unload my shot guns into them.
