       I've lost my respect for Michael Lewis: It seems that it was esp. impt. to Mr. Lewis to cast Mr Oher as intellectually inferior.        @KimPerales That's disappointng.  I never read Blind Side, but I enjoyed Big Short.Seems like a problem with #DeathOfTheAuthor is that, knowing now that the author has problems I hadn't known of earlier, I'm forced to wonder:  What got slanted, or left out?

       @KimPerales It seems he had a different understanding of what it meant to be family and how they would share the profits from the book/movie. I think it was hurtful. Also, rags to riches stories in general are exploitative if the story isn’t driven by the individual.
