@MartinJJ why does everyone keep thinking that the voters of California actually voted for this? Did you not see what happened in 2020? Why does everyone not see California has been using Dominion for a long time?

@MartinJJ I live in LA and we were discussing this at work the other day. The younger people I work with who are Gen Z all see nothing wrong with it because people are stealing from "the man" aka big faceless corporations with billionaire CEOs. I'm not sure if this is a generational viewpoint or localized. But these people were all quick to say they'll be doing the same thing if they are out of a job due to the current economy

@tsv13 It's really sad they actually think that way. We've already seen they simply close shop and move elsewhere. In the end, nothing will be left. That also ruins a lot of the cities finances probably making everything worse. Jobs also disappearing. Wealthy people moving out. It's a downward spiral.

@MartinJJ they think that way and they vote. I said that these companies will all move and they say they don't want Walmart, Target etc in the state. They want UBI not jobs. It will be interesting to see how California progresses because this is the most activated voter base here.

@tsv13 @MartinJJ Wow! Most activated & indoctrinated. Their thought process is 180. As a (contained) social experiment, it’s interesting. In reality, scary. Where do they think the money for UBI comes from? And where does that entity get the money? Etc. They aren’t following the money trail all the way back. If they had UBI, what stores would they be interested in having around? Do they consider that all stores will relocate if no profit? Then where are they going to spend their UBI money?

@Jill @tsv13 In the Unicorn shop with the multicolored flag where the sales persons with purple hair sell them Collectivism. They will own nothing and be happy.

@MartinJJ New York State (Upstate, not NYC) has been on the same path as CA. "deceitful activists and politicians" perhaps, but a plurality of gullible Democrat voters (CA and NY alike) is the common denom. Honestly voter fraud is low here, people actually vote for this nonsense. Honest M5M would help, but that ship sailed long ago. People keep voting Dem thinking the "next ones" will fix it. Solid 1-party rule.

@MartinJJ ~75 person "fight mob" last night 8:30pm (8/27/23), Crossgates Mall (west of Albany, Guilderland, NY, the suburbs). NYSP canines called in, numerous adjacent LEO's. Not 1 mention on local news. I'm a scanner nerd, all this is happening in real time.

@SP4RKY There are way more cities with such crap. Remember Portland? Usually sanctuary cities also. Major chains just close their doors and move elsewhere. Dumb Democrat policies ruin cities directly or indirectly.
