Hey Masto friendsšŸ¤—I have some major adjustments to contend with for the next 6 weeks. No weight bearing at all. #Today we bought crutches, and now how to maneuver them without a head injury šŸ˜‚I will muster up all the positive energy possible to not loose my optimistic nature, meditation is one of them. I don’t know how to NOT workout, but I guess I’ll figure it out. I didn’t realize I hurt my wrist because the damn ankle was a bitch.Call orthopedic Dr on Mon. Ibuprofen/Tylenol for painšŸ™„

@jeanettepizzurroDamn! Just take it nice and slow, the crutches can be a bitch. I'd consider an edible or two if the Tylenol doesn't help or a couple of martinis.

@That_One_Guy Thanks friend. Martinis later. I don’t know how I can maneuver the crutches down the rock path to the cathouse. I’m gonna figure something out though.

@jeanettepizzurroDo you have a lawnmower with a wagon or a wheelbarrow? I've seen both used for "country wheelchairs".

@jeanettepizzurro Aw, Jette, that bites. Not broken, though, right? I hope the Tylenol/Ibuprofen help. Drives me crazy that docs won't prescribe something a little stronger for people "of a certain age". Hang in there!

@jeanettepizzurro @That_One_Guy Maybe a walker? Lift, go, lift, go. One step at a time. It might be safer & easier than crutches. Take care šŸ™šŸ™šŸ’•

@jeanettepizzurro @JudyOlo Literally anything is better than crutches. They always mess up my back. A Walker, or Xcounty knee scooter, whatever…

@LisaSpartan I’m seeing my acupuncturist/ chiropractor on Tues and ask for advice how not to screw up my back. I’ve been using the crutches around the cabin, its small and really appreciate that now.
