Is anyone else with an iPhone as annoyed as I am that “Precipitation” is randomly changed to “Rainfall” every other time I open the weather app? I remain upset that Apple bought and killed Dark Sky. The apple weather app randomly just refuses to load, and when it does load it pulls this shit and inconsistently changes the UI. Infuriating. I hope the engineer at Apple in change of this trips and skins both his knees today.

@Viking @eriner I use an old i5 bookshelf machine that sucks i think 30W, and it's more than enough horsepower for video chat, the libreoffice server, et al.For backup, I use syncthing, with the same i5, to backup (and therefore sync) everything relevant opportunistically. I can hit libreoffice documents via the web interface, or pull them up on one of my machines seamessly.It's pretty bad-ass, low-effort. It's the Dude Lebowski of home servers.
