@thor That's true but I'm an anarchist. I'm as radical as you get and I'm against violence in all it's forms including capitalism and religion. Both are barbaric and cruel and both cause great violence. Both physically and emotionally. My fellow radicals are of the same mind and are anti violence.

@thor @MysticaRose Empathy is important, all Iām saying is that emotional manipulation, including psychological warfare and schotastic terrorism, are not violent, unless they directly call for violence.One could say, for example, that the ākill the Boerā chants, or the calls made by some to storm the Capitol building on #Jan6 were instances of violent speech. One could even make the case for calling speech the dehumanizes people of certain groups violent, to a degree. But we canāt call all emotional manipulators violent. If you had an emotionally manipulative girlfriend and you said that she was violent from manipulating you, I would probably laugh.

@realcaseyrollins @MysticaRose there is some precedence for the term "psychological violence" in place of "psychological abuse" as a synonym - i could have made my entire argument using "abuse" instead and this would cover violence as well.
