An update regarding the trips and the Anthocoridae (Orius) that I ordered to get rid of the invaders:The Orius spent the first week removing a shitton of trips until that point that I could not find anyone more. Then they decided to escape my home and, this week I've found trips on basically all my plants.Time to think about the plants I really want to keep, and the ones I want to save - already made up my mind.1/x

@selea A gardener I asked about thrips told me to clean all surfaces in a wide area arround the infected plants as soon as thrips are gone. And change the earth in the pots. These beasts leave their eggs everywhere. I also had good success covering the pots with sticky pads with the glue side down. So the young thrips emerging out of the soil get stuck on it. But nothing helped to get rid of them completely
