@paula @maija @raccoon @rees @sun_eater it doesn't have to be vacuum sealed i think but it's the best way to do it since it leaves no gaps.so it pasteurizes it but keeps it raw and uncooked, so you can uhh idk sear it for a very short amount of time ig though no reason not to do that the normal way other than like parasites but those aren't common at all in beef
