@three I bet he was trying to play around with x.com redirects (to obfuscate twitter branding more) and cPanel was most popular in the 00s so it's what he knew from his webmastering days

@three i meant he was trying to proxy twitter.com traffic to x.com (instead of current other way around) and knows nothing about .htaccess or apache and cPanel is like the GUI ez way to him
