       It’s good to get “out of your head,” but bad to be “out of your mind.” When a situation is upsetting you it’s wise to “go off on your own and get some space,” but it’s childish to, “storm off and pout.”Sometimes I notice these discrepancies and think that, like, someone somewhere is completely full of shit and we’ve all let them tell us about proper behavior. Nothing really substantive, here, I don’t think. It’s just… foolish.
