@deannapizzuti I got pulled out of line for bomb material screening at a US airport a few years back. The screener swabs the outside of my bag, puts the swab in the machine, and it goes *ding* *ding*, apparently it got a positive match.The screener asks me to open my bag. At that exact same time another screener behind me finds a bag of weed in the bag of the person behind me in line. The weed-finding screener calls out to my screener, so my screener tells me to zip up my bag and leave...without ever looking inside my bag.

@darwinwoodka @stacey_campbell @deannapizzuti I had just *almost* broken my toe... blood everywhere, trying to clean it using rubbing alcohol etc... they could literally see what I was doing and why and yet I get all the BUZZ in the line for the bag screening and they were almost disappointed I wasn't called back out...Moral of the story: there is no rhyme nor reason to the screenings (they don't work), especially when worse stuff is going on around you (as you experienced lol)
