@stux I like the card on my bulletin board better. It has a stick figure buried under boukders with more ricks falling on him. It reads "When your down, everything falls on you." I would add that's gravity. It's bad enough you feel bad. You don't need peopke to make you feel worse. Bring chocolate or icecream. It may not make things better, but it shows you care.

@stux Both statements are true, though. They're not exclusive to one another.Everything you survived through does make you mentally stronger. But that doesn't mean you'll be able to handle everything on your own. Even the strongest can break.
