       @tek This #Veilid thing sounds so fantastically exciting!For a quick test, how can I "use" the fact that I'm running a node? Like, is there... I don't know, if I wanted to bootstrap a super basic chat web app or something, how do I "connect" to the network? I know, docs are coming soon, but I'm impatient, and you're here :))

I ❤️ seeing the excitement here.The easiest ready-to-run thing _at this moment_ is the Python demo chat app. If you install it, you can use the app for simple serverless, E2EE peer-to-peer chat. But fair notice: it’s a demo app and it shows in a million ways! Still, it works.

Demo apps are just that, demo apps :) They also _show_ rather than tell, and one could even figure out some of the _hows_ and _whys_ from a demo app ;)Is this chat app the one currently not widely available?
