@Jim Just switch to vaping. It's either mainly the nicotine you're after or the actual oral fixation aspect, and doing something with your hands. For me it's the latter, so vaping is very useful for me. Of course you may be switching one habit for the other, but that is usually how people quit habits anyways. I mean a nicotine patch is no better. Get the refillable vapes, not disposable. You can even make your own juice very easily. Just need VG/PG base, flavor concentrate, and nicotine in vg/pg base to mix. I like just menthol, gets you a nice hit similar to cigarettes but cleaner, nicer... So I just use pure menthol crystals instead of flavor concentrate. Know exactly what I'm vaping. I recommend 👩🔬Smoking cigs taste and feels like peepeepoopoo but I still continue to have a smoke occasionally because I'm bored and like to go outside lol. Not addicted like I was years ago though. Vaping is great.
