@Mitsu I've only ever done it on international flightsThe meals are really goodThe seats lay flat like a bedThey give you noise cancelling headphones so your time on the plane is nearly silentAlcohol is free all you have to do is askYou can get out of the window seat without disturbing the person in the aisle seat.

@sjw @Mitsu My main issue with it is that for it to make sense you have to comfortable enough with money that expenses at your destination are not going to be constrained by your travel budget. Because 1000-2000$ per ticket buys you multiple very fancy diners, that will easily beat a better airplane meal and noise cancelling headphones you could have brought in yourself.

@sjw @Mitsu It's not free alcohol if you paid over a thousand dollars for it; I don't know that I could consume a thousand dollars' worth of alcohol (not counting super rare bottles of whiskey) and be comfortable! 🤢

@Mitsu If only flying within the US it's not really worth it unless you are doing somtehing crazy like florida to hawaii, business class is not much different on in-country flights. Long international flights are awesome like sjw said, flat beds, more proper meals, heedphones, etc. Doesn't sound like much until you spend 8+ hours sitting up with your knees hitting the seat in front of you in coach.
