       how to succeed on the internet in the eyes of the media: have a massive communityhow i think you actually succed on the internet: have a small, tight-nit communitykeeping small communities makes it easier to talk to humans as individuals, and not to a vast mass of user acocunts that may or may not be real people. also, it means it's easier to moderate the community and make it less toxicinfinite growth is a lie anyways, so i think it's better not to try to increase meaningless internet counters, and try to just tall to people and have fun :3
