@bronze @dave Willing to bet the underside is vulnerable. Somehow, every generation of American armored vehicle has that flaw despite the previous one fixing it. I'm thinking cheap jews figure it's a waste of money to armor the bottom because they keep forgetting that mines exist.

@dave I'm also amused by the fact that AbramsX copies Russian T-14 Armata (reduced crew and uncrewed turret with mechanical loader for the main gun, missile doodads, active self-protection). When Russians rolled out the T-14, there was a lot of skepticism in the press, but then this. It's like when Apple claimed that PPC was better than Intel right until the time Steve Jobs went on stage to announce Intel-based Macs.

@union @dave to be fair, PPC was better than intel at the time (and may still be, i haven't been able to find a decently priced rig to test on) - but microsoft and sony and nintendo had much bigger contracts with motorola et al.Apple was forced to switch to intel for that reason. It's also why they spent the next decade and a half working on their own "chips" using ARM architecture. They never forgave IBM/Motorola for screwing them.

@dave They act like this technology is unbeatable and that people aren't smart enough to engineer something that can out compete something technologically stronger.Easy solution chemicals.Because, I doubt any of these tanks are engineered to filter out extreme chemicals / gases.Or use tried untrude method to destroying tanks by forcing them to fight in urban environments.
