       @dilmandila @bkm they eat grass and some veggies if allowed.  Good for their digestion,  I had a cat that loved avacado,  go figure! 😂

       @MeeMee @bkm One of my childhood memories is my mum trying to feed her pet cat groundnut stew and the cat didn't seem amused. A neighbour suggested that she gets rat fur and mix it in the stew to give it rat scent but my mum was appalled. I can't remember much more. We had the cat for a while though and meat was rare at home. I should ask her if it ended up eating the gnut stew 😊

       @dilmandila @bkm All of the cats I had were decent mousers.  They still like to be fed  but will take matters into their own “paws “ if necessary.  Your cat probably just went out “shopping” on her own! 😂

       @MeeMee @bkm Though I think things took a dark turn when my father started to keep chicken, and he accused the cat of stealing them, and fought with mum over which was a more useful pet.... I remember burrying that cat in a box and she never kept cats again.
