@Debradelai @redwhitebluedude Definitely not without mood stablizing drugs at the very least... these people tend to enjoy the state of mania unfortunately... and very often there is a secondary mental illness (s) in play, and or rapid cycling or both, exacerbating these episodes. Then again It amazes me how many people try use it as an excuse for their actions as the mental illness of the times. Either way if they commit crimes they should be in prison. jmo

@Debradelai @redwhitebluedude Not a chance dear Saul, and to make matters worse often times they go undiagnosed or families give up, or don't even report the aggressive behavior... many suffer periods of severe depression as well and can become more of a danger to themselves... mental health care and facilities are sorely lacking.
