@Doll afaik, the processes going on in our brain happen far above the scale of quantum effects, so i don't see how any of these could not be computeable. from my perspective the difference between humans and robots are not fundamental.

As I said, it depends on the ultimate limitations. That's not even touching on the consequences of definitively quantifying and beiing able to manipulate human emotions such as romantic love or murderous rage. That kind of control is just as likely be used against you, and my cynicism tells me it's sadly inevitable.
