@lowqualityfacts I keep asking my best friend's toddlers when they're going to get jobs and stop freeloading off their mother, but they never have a good answer and they try to cover it with kisses and hugs so I usually just let them slide. I'm probably enabling them at this point. Oh, well.

@lowqualityfacts My area of interest in psychology is the development of ethical reasoning from childhood to adulthood. I really hate to be the one to tell you this, but this is actually a high quality fact. The development of ethical/moral reasoning takes many years to develop, and yes human's infants and todldlers can be regarded as having the self-oriented moral reasoning skills of sociopaths. Only after the cognitive skills of empathy and compassion start to develop does that change.

@lowqualityfacts Also, by the literal scientific definition of the word, up until the moment of birth, babies are parasites. More loosely defined, they can still be defined as parasites until at least the age of 18...well into their 30s and beyond in some certain cases.
