       Wait, people went to Oppenheimer and left with an anti-war message? Is that really what most people got out of it? It was the story of the hubris of man; the climax of the story is literally being interrogated about when he changed his mind about the necessity of the bomb as the lighting gives the implication he's reliving the trinity test -- when Oppenheimer got over his own anti-war stance and admitted to it.

       @sevvie i remember historically there were a hell of a lot of people who were angry about that thing ever being used--from the people who made it to the brass to the general public. one thing was talking about quite a few officers in charge of the unit were bypassed because truman just had to play with his new toy.there is no justice in the world so he was never shot because of it. we save that for the good presidents.
