       #WritingWonders Day 2/8 - How much do you know about your side characters prior to the first draft? I'm a pantser. So if it's a standalone story or a new setting, I know nothing until I start typing.(If it's a continuation of a series, e.g. the New Management or the Laundry Files, I could probably sit down and write you a detailed character study of most of the recurring cast even if they're secondary characters, because they've been renting space in my head for *years*.)
