whats a good before sleep/resting low heart rate? 55? 60bpm? 65?I think ive heard of heavy training athletes being sub-50bpms

@JackBandit Lower isn't necessarily better, but I know fit cyclists that have resting HRs at 45-50. A sub 60 on a healthy person would prob be good.
