       The federal grand jury hearing evidence in special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into efforts to overturn the 2020 election just handed up an indictment of three individuals, widely expected to include a second indictment of Donald Trump in a separate case charging actions trying to overturn that election.The special counsel will make a statement shortly. Currently a bit delayed and unclear by how much.
