       @yeold all of those projects are opensource, microsoft is one of the biggest companies, they could create patches but don't so... And seems windows folks also don't seem to care that much?Stuff going to .config should AFAIK also be controllable by $XDG_CONFIG_HOME 🤷‍♂️

       @yeoldI know there are situations like yours. 😢 Yet having some dot directories is a small price to pay for so many Linux programs usable on the notorious proprietary operative system. I'd bet there's a file manager extention that hide dot files in a Unit like way 😁@selea
