I am not putting up with corporations asking me to round up my payment. This one was for a scholarship program, so they can donate my money (a few cents only, really) to a Taco Bell Scholarship program. Good cause? Yes absolutely! Do you know what would be a better scholarship program? Paying their employees more! A living wage and keeping less of the profit. BTW, it's not a taco bell scholarship program, it's a customer scholarship program, but they don't get the credit, just the bill.

@MaryAliciaZiff I never "round up" at those retail stores. I have my own ideas about where I send my donations (Planned Parenthood almost exclusively). CVS got caught pledging to donate $10 million to the American Diabetes Association while forgetting to mention that much of that cash would come from its customers wallets, not CVS profits. https://qz.com/cvs-customer-checkout-register-donations-lawsuit-1849855922#PlannedParenthood #ProChoice #Charity #CharitableDonations #CVS #USPol #USPolitics #AbortionIsHealthcare
