@az Of course this leaves out the fact that the record high was in 1995, at 121F, so 27 years later the hottest day is 2F cooler than it was 27 years ago, so much for global warming.

Regarding melted asphalt, I am 64 now, when I was around 5 years old my grandfather died in Tipton Iowa so we went there for his funeral, it was during summer and every single day the asphalt got so hot it melted.

@az You're welcome to disagree with it, I've looked at the data on NOAA for all 50 states from 1913 to current, and there isn't a discernible pattern in any of them.I also understand the true motive behind the global warming agenda and I understand that requires an understanding of history that most younger people lack.I don't want to see unnecessary human suffering but since it seems children these days can only learn history by re-living it, it may be unavoidable.
