@johnhattan @JohnShirley2023 @philo So many thoughts come up... Does this sovereign nation have open borders? You know a nation without controlled borders is no nation at all. Does the Texas Ranger Division have jurisdiction there? Who's going to tell them they don't? Do they maintain their own roads? (Maybe some of the answers are in their constitution, but I don't have time to read the whole thing.)

@philo @JohnShirley2023 @johnhattan I am so tempted to set up a website for my own sovereign nation. I won't specify where on earth it exists, but I think I'll say it's an oligarchy ruled over by the crows who hang out there. Taxes are paid in shiny objects. The country has its own official language, which is a language isolate and has only one word, which is the name of the country. I'm leaning towards making that name sound exactly an English word you can't say on broadcast media...

Works best when there’s only 3 citizens, all members of the Royal Family. All potential usurpers receive a very mean tongue lashing. Our border is closed and constantly monitored by noisy cattle dogs.
