       John Eastman sounds worried. Apparently he's writing a letter to DOJ Special Counsel explaining that there was no crime in writing his memo. (There very well could be a crime, yup.)He's making a big deal of the fact that he didn't get a target letter, but there is no rule that targets have to get letters. Lots of people get indicted without target letters. Does anyone want a refresher about the Eastman Memo? I wrote up some analysis for the Washington Post on that a few years ago . . .1/
