       @piggo I have this kind of mushroom under hazels in my garden.I know they are toxicNever read that this mushroom could be used as spice.Any info ?

       @yvan it was in a mushroom atlas my grandma has. It's used in tiny amounts, dried, grated in a soup. It's very strong. But there's more varieties and some may be better than others, I'm not an expert in mushrooms. I've used this one before (picked in the same area) in soup, it gives it strong mushroom flavour without really having any mushrooms in it
