found this led bulb in the trash bin, was able to get it working but the led chips are 2x in parallel so four chips were bypassed

@lamp These leds are usually driven by a constant current driver chip, at the very limit of their specs. The current is controlled by resistor divider. You can change the resistor values and reduce the driving current. This will make the bulb dimmer, but it will last a long time.
