Search for "trademark lookup eu" on DDGClick on the first link ( https://euipo.europa.eu/eSearch/ )Search for "firefish"Two trademarks show up. One registered by "Firefish Software Ltd".Like come on. I don't wanna roast anyone, but literally under a minute of research for one the biggest western regions shows an existing trademark for "Firefish" registered by a software company.I can't believe they didn't do the most basic of research for their new name before doing a big rebranding (of which the purpose was to not have a conflicting name afaik).

@julian Ouch. Class 35 (business consultancy) seems less problematic than the trademark registered for class 9 https://euipo.europa.eu/eSearch/#details/trademarks/013331756 by some CRM company https://www.firefishsoftware.com/ ...

@nemobis@mamot.fr Yeah, class 9 seems to be exactly what Firefish (ex Calckey) would need. And finding out what the classes mean also isn't that hard either. It bamboozels me how they didn't do this basic research. :nya_confused:
