I have a problem. I am going to a hacker-themed party. I don’t know that I even own clothes that anyone would’ve worn in “Hackers”. I tossed the idea to Mrs Tek of getting a used trench coat and fedora to pair with cargo shorts and sandals, but she made it clear that she’d prefer not to be seen in the same zip code as me dressed that way.Help a brother out. How do I go from middle aged guy in jeans and tshirt to edgy looking for a night?

@tek I had a good, now late friend who once dressed as “a hit of acid.” His costume: his usual jeans and white t-shirt, but he drew a small square on center chest of the shirt. Maybe there is a witty or other symbol you could draw on the chest of a white t-shirt. Maybe a rough sketch of Mitnick’s lock pick business card or something.
