       People talk about being grandfathered into these old great internet plans, I had grandfathered myself into this god awful phone plan with 12GB a year. I've had this plan since the days that was a lot of mobile data

       @BrodieOnLinux I'm grandfathered into a very old plan with unlimited everything. But as they've been raising the prices over the years it's no longer worth it.

       @BrodieOnLinuxI once called my parents isp to upgrade their internet cause they were paying for 30 Mbps from a fibre network. I called and they were like "yeah we don't even offer 30mbps plans anymore. We'll pump that 250mbps for half what they're paying"
