@art I'd love to try it but it fails to install. Starts off OK then randomly stops and puts up the box about needing to install again..no error messages so no idea what is going on

@TheExecEditor @kdenlive unfortunately sometimes up with pip. On both my desktop and my laptop, running Debian, I had to rerun the pip command several times before it fully installed.Also, Kdenlive flatpak version couldn't see whisper after I installed it but the AppImage sees it just fine.

@art @kdenlive I reran things multiple times and it seemed to stop somewhere different each time, using cached copies if it could, although it never got further than a nvidia something or other which was cached.I tried both the Ubuntu repo and the Appimage with same results.Just wish there was a log somewhere I could inspect.
