       @SpockResists The Vulcans evolved from a reptilian species in the 40 Eridani system. But this is all we have in the earth documentation. I think this is unfortunate. I would love  to know more about the archeological efforts in this area and any history etc involving this species. Are they still around? Have the Vulcans or the federation ever had dealings with them? If you could point me to where to find more on this,  I would find this research to be quite fascinating.
