My read of this is that browsers will be "untrusted" and often denied access by services unless they're packaged and signed by a "trusted attester" like, just to pick two major corporations totally at random, Google and Microsoft. So... yeah.https://chromestatus.com/feature/5796524191121408

@trevorflowers Sounds like DRM by another name.The problem with the whole "Privacy Sandbox" and all the new APIs supposed to replace "legitimate" use-cases of 3rd party cookies is that it's turning the browser from a User-Agent to double agent working also in the interest of advertisers and corporate players, not aligned with user interests.
