@sirJoho This is in Italy, and it's not in the news. Russians have a bad reputation for hazing Ukrainians on vacation, so God knows what created this incident. But the attacker was clearly lying in wait. So some action must have wound him up?

@Tacos @sirJohoI have the full back story, not a Russian.So, we have people onshore (lady in white shirt) who came off a super yacht. A boat coming to pick them up. The crew are all Italians, as are people on the beach.A crew member (in black) trying to clear shore for the boat, gets pushy with a lady in a green bikini.
