@board 呜呜呜香油们有没有什么适合夏天的菜呀，本小狗龙厨房太热了感觉要死人了，也没什么食欲，烦请大家推荐一些自己喜欢的夏季菜（没有食谱也没关系，俺会自己找）最好是不用在厨房待太久的，备菜我可以在空调间完成的那种酸辣咸甜我都能吃 很能吃辣吃酸！苦瓜那种程度的苦我也能吃！如果可以的话希望大家分享的菜里面没有菌类...

@djask 之前按友友描述的金枪鱼沙拉做过油辣子+蛋黄酱拌金枪鱼（罐头）拌彩椒，不用开火，味道还不错。还有鸡丝凉面，拌面酱料自行调配，只需要煮面和煮鸡胸肉，配菜的胡萝卜丝黄瓜丝之类的可以在空调间切。

@djask 冷面！如果喜欢酸甜口的可以自行搜索菜谱多得很。我个人更喜欢咸口。图上是我昨晚做的，放了冰块非常爽。具体是：冷面先泡好，煮个三分钟什么的（主要得自己根据实际掌握，煮软一些好吃）。冷面煮好过几遍冷水。煮冷面之前先把汤调好，三勺醋+一勺生抽+一丢糖提鲜+一点耗油提味儿+盐（如果觉得淡的话）+辣椒油+蒜末+香菜末 以上搅拌均匀一些加可以直接喝的水。辣椒油记得用细辣椒面炸（我一般是辣椒面+盐+五香粉或者花椒粉+芝麻）配上黄瓜丝，西红柿片，水煮蛋，上面再放一些冰块就可以了。
