       I just talked to a friend who didn't know this, so I'll pass it along here too:In California, you can still get 8 home COVID tests reimbursed by your insurance every month until (I think) November. The health emergency was extended here (or something like that).Pat and I have each ordered tests online, had them delivered, and been reimbursed by our medical insurer. It was easy; Blue Shield has a website set up where you can submit it.

       @grammargirl AND they’re ’best by’ for about a year, and reasonably reliable for some time after that! And, if one does get COVID, at least one will be used daily for the duration.

       @grammargirl Kaiser even lets Californians order tests through its website without having to front the money.
